Low-E Glass (Low Emissivity Class)

Low E Glass is a thermal spray coating method or through a vacuum sputtering method on glass surface coated with single or multi-layer metal, alloy or metal oxide made of glass product. It is a kind of coating low emissivity glass with high performance and energy efficiency.

LOW-E Glass can be divided into the following two kinds of：

1.     Online Low-E glass coating

Hard coating Low E Glass is be produced by Pyrolytic process method. When the glass is leaving the furnace, Low E coating material is sprayed on the flat glass before glass cooling(in high temperature), and the coating becomes a part of glass after cooling.

Online coating Low E glass can be used singly and it is easy for tempering, laminating and insulating and so on.

2.     Offline Low E glass coating

Soft coating Low E Glass is manufactured by vacuum coating process, the coating material is not under high temperature.

It can easily result in oxidation of the phenomenon, which is not

Suitable for long exposure to air.

Offline Low E Glass can not be used singly, should be used for Insulating.
